1. Do not claim my CC (custom content) as your own.

2. Do not re-distribute as is (upload anywhere else) any of my CC without my permission.

3. You may include my  EA/Maxis recolors with lots and sims, if they are FREELY available  (they are not being monetized in anyway including being put behind an ad wall, uploaded to pay/ subscription sites, or being  used in early access content). Please give credit, in the form of a link back to this site ,

4. In the case of 3rd party recolors (mesh not EA/Maxis) follow the mesh creator's  TOU.

5. Basically Do not put my CC behind any kind of paywall or somewhere which accessing it  puts a downloader's computer securtiy at risk.
